W made this card a few months ago at one of my monthly cardmaking classes. Something simple but effective, the three little words set comes with 6 greeting so all you have to do is change the sentiment and you’ll have cards for every occassion!

I know this is turning into quite a long post but bear with me! This month I am running a Cancer Council Girls Night In fundraiser on the 24th of October, we will be making 10 projects at this day long event, there will be a catered lunch, door prizes, raffles, coffee/tea supplied and majority of the funds (excluding those used to cover costs) will be going to the Cancer Council to raise money for much needed research into womens cancer.
You can see my Girls Night In page here, as you can see I’m not trying to raise a huge amount but I truly believe every little bit helps. I’d love for you to come along and help raise funds for this great cause and hear the story behind why I’m supporting it. I'm in love with this Tree Trimmings set from our Spring Mini!

I’ve loved making these bookmark cards and they are a constant wow at workshops and classes. I made an extra sample one day showing it’s versatility for other occassions.

Hopefully I’ll be able to put up some instructions for these one day. They probably look trickier to make than they really are! And the real bonus is that they are a card and gift for a booklover all in one!

In my previous post I was telling you all about my upcoming classes and events, I said the one this weekend was a Stamp-a-stack, but it’s not! This weekend is my Spring Mini Catalogue Launch Party and I’d love you to be there to see all of the new stamps, papers and accessories we’ll be using as well as the actual Mini itself of which you’ll get to keep a copy! I am here and doing great! I’ve still been trying to get my computer to work with my camera and my printer and so far no luck whatsoever! So I’m going to take some pics and tomorrow I will be going to the local internet cafe to upload them. Wish me luck on that endeavour!

A Happy heart is a loved one. And what better way to show love than with a handmade card!
I originally made this card back in January, all ready for February (the month of Lurve!!) but you can easily change the colours and sentiment to suit an anniversary. You could even change it to suit someone going through a tough time with a thinking of you sentiment so they know you love and care for them.
As I don’t have any recent projects to show you, I thought I’d pull some out of the vault. These will be cards you haven’t previously seen posted here and I’ll try to find ones using only current materials if possible.
I came up with this card for a workshop but didn’t really like it enough to use it! Maybe it was the colour combo, I’m not sure, whatever it was it just wasn’t really my style.
